Codes of Conduct
Approaches: A core aspect of any successful Code is helping each employee understand what the company’s expectations for integrity are, and how those expectations can be realized in each person’s job.
Representative engagements include:
- Advised Director of Global Ethics and Business Conduct on redesign of Code into graphics based interactive format
- Development of Values-based code of conduct for global pharmaceutical company focused on issues facing specific stakeholder groups.
- Revised code for global technology out-sourcing organization. First stage was review of best practices of industry codes. Second phase included focus groups to test understanding of proposed language and positioning.
